Intelect, LLC founded by Gilberto S. Ocañas, was established for the deployment and management of modern election systems technology.   Mr. Ocañas and his staff have over 30 years combined experience in the elections process. 

Intelect is an Electoral Solutions provider with expertise in providing innovative solutions to international, domestic, local and national governments.  As the representative for Diebold Election Systems in Puerto Rico, Intelect offers the necessary experience to provide the solutions to meet specific requirements in the election process, including HAVA (Help America Vote Act).
